Forever Homes Media was founded in Menifee in 2023 by Barbara McLaughlin. Agents work directly with Barbara and Tom, from booking to delivery.

How much does real estate photography cost?
Listing photos start at $135 for 10 to 15 MLS photos, $165 for 25 and $195 for 40. Packages start at $275 and include drone photos, a virtual twilight photo, a floor plan and a property website.
What areas does Forever Homes Media serve?
We serve Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Canyon Lake, Hemet and San Jacinto, and we're based in Menifee. For homes outside those cities, call (760) 275-0839 to check availability.
Do you offer 3D tours?
Yes. A Zillow 3D tour with a floor plan is $99, and a Matterport 3D tour with a floor plan starts at $199. The Zillow Showcase and Premium packages include a Zillow 3D tour.
How do I book a shoot?

How should I prepare a home for listing photos?
Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear counters and personal items, and move cars out of the driveway before we arrive.
What does California AB 723 mean for listing photos?
Starting January 1, 2026, California requires real estate ads that use digitally altered images, such as virtual staging or virtual twilight, to say the image was altered and to give buyers access to the original photo. If you order those edits, keep the unedited versions on hand for your listing.
What are your hours?
We shoot Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM.
